OTF COMMUNITY MEETINGS OTF is more than a fitness center and more than a wellness facility - we are a community. We are dedicated to offering a friendly, non-intimidating environment where all members can enjoy the great rewards of fitness and well-being. Every quarter we hold an OTF Community Meeting to update you on our upcoming events, new equipment and classes, and also provide a great networking opportunity for everyone!
SPORTS FORUMS Each season brings a different set of sports activities each with unique fitness, nutrition, and mental training demands. Our seasonal Sports Forums bring together a panel of coaches, athletes, and health professionals with teens and their parents to educate, motivate and inspire!
MOTIVATING WORKSHOPS AND SEMINARS Don’t miss our inspiring seminars to help you grow and engage in a wellness-based lifestyle! We collaborate with local professionals to bring you cutting edge and timely information to help you achieve balance, reduce stress, be fit, and manage your life in a busy world! Topics include: nutrition, life balance, achieving goals, empowering self-esteem, time and stress management, ergonomics and posture training, injury prevention, fitness during pregnancy, and more!
SPECIAL EVENTS Fun social events are an important part of total body wellness! Meet other members, learn a new activity, or just have a great time during our special events. We offer teen only social events, adult-only experiences, tournaments, and challenges to encourage OTF members to LIVE and ENJOY!
