Below you will find the Overtime Fitness schedule for both the Class and Group Training (GT). For your convenience it is available in the Google calendar agenda format, allowing you to sync it directly into your own calendar. Classes have between 5-8 attendees and are included in any membership. Group Training (GT) are more specialized types of training that focuses in a specific style with an average of 2-4 attendees. For prospective participants, members and guest please contact OTF for drop in rates to attend any training with the label GT before the name.
You may also come between the hours of 5:30am - 5pm for our Trainer Pre-Set Cross Training Circuit.
