ACROYOGA Come and learn some partner strength training and acrobatics, conditioning, inversions, and fun games and a little bit of Thai massage. This small group training workshop will teach you how to base, fly and spot in a fun safe supported environment. Work with your fellow humans to build trust, communication and community. BOOTCAMPAhigh energy – high intensity workout designed to make you sweat and give you that full body workout! This workout will challenge endurance and strength levels by fusing traditional military calisthenics and modern functional training techniques with aerobic based intervals for an intense workout. In this Boot Camp we use Dumbbells, barbells, Kettlebells, stability balls, bosu's, suspension bands, and medicine balls to increase calorie burn and sculpt your way to NEW YOU!
HIIT 30Can you last 30 minutes? Sounds easy, but believe us, it’s not! From jumping jacks, push-ups and lunges to mountain climbers, sit-ups and knee raises, this new class is challenging both mentally and physically, but it’s also hugely addictive. This class is all about giving everything you’ve got in a short space of time. Each circuit is comprised of 5 exercise that uses your own bodyweight rather than relying on equipment. Each exercise lasts 30 seconds with 30 second rest period at the end of each circuit.

RUNNINGCLUBMeet new friends and get in shape- maybe even run a 5/10k together! This physical and social group of runners meets Saturday mornings at 8:30am at OTF. Runners warm up by walking, doing active stretches, moving to Stevens Creek Trail (at La Avenida). Length of run is about 3 miles, pace 9:45/mi. The group often meets for a coffee or nibble at local café. All are welcome, members and non-members alike!
POWER WEIGHTS Is a hardcore sculpting and strengthening class appropriate for people of all levels as difficulty can be adjusted by the amount of weight used. Maintain or build bone density by strengthening muscles in a safe group exercise class that is supervised and set to music.
ZUMBAIs a total dance cardio class! So if you are looking to burn fat and have a blast, come to this class! You will learn: meringue, salsa cumbia, bollywood, hip hop and more! This class is fun for all!
PILATES PLUS Incorporates the key principals of a traditional Pilates class AND adds a dynamic blend of body sculpting exercises using a variety of props (bands, stability balls, small balls and hand held weights) to achieve more muscle definition, better posture, increased flexibility and strength. Each class is specifically designed to be a complete workout which is fun, interesting and challenging.
PILATES CORE POWER Do you want to strengthen and flatten your abs? This core centered class is based on Pilates principles and is designed for all of you who want a powerful abdomen while taking a good care of your postural muscles. Pilates Core Power core will improve your fitness level and endurance. All levels welcome!
PROGRESSIVE YOGA Begins with breathing exercises that help bring sudents in to focus so that they get the most out of their Yoga practice. We will move trhough a series of Hatha flow exercises where you will be offered different challenge levels so that you can adapt movements and poses to suit your body. Enjoy the physical and mental nourishment that you receive with this midday workout.
