GUEST INTRO SESSION Are you new to the fitness lifestyle or just have been away from your workouts? Want a refresher on the step by step process to meet your specific goals? Our Free Guest Intro Session introduces you to our lifestyle and facility. You'll learn about our philosophy, background history and direction. This session can be as quick as five minutes to as much as sixty minutes. It's all about you during your Free Guest Intro session with a trainer. We will create a game plan or go through a work out with you. If you're planing on a workout please make sure you eat two hours before you come in.

OTF GROUP TRAINING Overtime Group Training makes specific and more elite training programs available for you all under one roof. Some of the Group Training programs are; TRX, Power Pacing, Overtime Jiu Jitsu, and AcroBalance.
TEAM TRAINING OTF Team Trainers work with your coach(es) to design a program specifically for your team that ensures optimized results. These targeted programs combine aerobic conditioning, agility, strength, core training and flexibility…so you get stronger, faster and more competitive. Pre-season team training at OTF also reduces the likelihood of injuries and enhances team morale by helping you prepare your bodies and your spirit for the stress of competition!
